2. Biography

Evgeniy Garanichev born
February 13, 1988 in Perm
region, in the village of
Novoilyinskiy. In biathlon, he
came in only 20 years, and
before that made a lot of
progress in ski racing. In the
ski section his parents brought
when she was 8 years old. So
Eugene became interested in
skiing. As the future showed,
the choice of sport was done
correctly.

In biathlon Evgeny Garanichev moved in 2008 on
the advice of his countryman Vladimir Alikina. In
the Perm region there were no conditions for the
development of skiing. Then the young skier
turned to the V. A. Alicino, who introduced him
with Maxim Vladimirovich Kugaevski, coach of the
Tyumen biathlon team
