3.0 Introducing the Travel Capsule Concept (1 of 2)
The concept here is to introduce a TRAVEL CAPSULE uniting
all the interactive experiences along the stages of the travel
journey.
• The TRAVEL CAPSULE is a physical object inside which is
built technology such as NFC, RFID, iBeacon.
• This acts as a portal for two-way communication between
Flight Centre and the customer. The customer is able to
share content to other social media sites through this portal.

3.1 The Travel Capsule Concept Unique to Fight Centre (2 of 2)
We foresee the following use for the TRAVEL CAPSULE:
• Travelers are issued the TRAVEL CAPSULE as part of their itinerary.
• Content pre-stored in the TRAVEL CAPSULE are personalised to specific destination.
• Customers are encouraged to capture and contribute into the Capsule their experiences in
the form of videos, photos and audios. (Serves as artefact for their holiday)
• Flight Centre pushes content to customers TRAVEL CAPSULE pre, during, and post journey.
It is about providing a unique travel experience that differentiate from all other competitors.
Flight Centre maintains control and ownership over the customer generated content.
