Patriotic war, their
contribution to the
Victory and in general
to show the heroism of
all the Soviet people
during the Great
Patriotic war, their
patriotism.

The subject is Front concert teams’ activity
during the Great Patriotic war.
The objectives are:
1. to learn the literature about this
problem;
2. to analyze the information about the
object of the research;
3. to interpret the results of the research.

region in the NorthWest of the Ukraine,

During the Great Patriotic war, Leonid Utyossov, with his jazz band,gave more than 200 concerts on different fronts. They worked in
the hardest conditions, were bombed out a dozen times.

IzabellaYurieva. Only in
the besieged
Leningrad she
gave 106
concerts, getting
there on the
Road of Life. In
winter, when it
was 38 degrees
of cold, she
sang on the
Karelian and
Kalininsky
fronts. Without a
microphone.

In total during the GreatPatriotic war about four
thousand front concert teams
were organized, from them
more than 700 were
organized in Moscow and
more than 500 were
organized in Leningrad.

The Director of the Moscow arttheatre, Joseph Moisseyevich
Rayevsky described the Soviet
soldiers: “We appealed to
ordinary spectators, who had
been separated from families,
from their business and had
been forced to take up arms. At

triumph of life, truth, justice.”

actors were: Lyubov
Orlova, Nina Ruslanova,
Arkadii Raikin, Leonid
Utyossov, AllaTarasova
and others.

Claudia Shulzhenko. During the firstyear of the Leningrad blockade she gave
500 concerts, she went to the front
