majority of society and the desire to gain advantages through violence;
• the use of terrorist methods by individuals, organizations to achieve political, economic and social

Weakness arguments:
• demarcation of society (the formation of social strata and groups with opposing interests);
• lack of an effective system of social guarantees for the population;
• a sharp decrease in the social security of the population, a decrease in life expectancy, an increase in
acute and chronic diseases;

terrorists can’t buy weapons, means of transport and hire other
criminals. And without internet terrorists shouldn’t communicate with
other people. They can’t to plan an attack. If unite different
organizations or political authorities, that they can solve problem of
terrorism.
Other methods can to be ineffective. After all terrorists can make false
documents for travel in other city or countries. They can trick airplane’s
scanners and other sensors. And terrorists can receive weapons by
other methods. They can just to steal weapons.
