Many people may classify themselves tothose who nibbled at school tip pens or
cap, answering the question of the
teacher or thinking on the problem of
the control work.
And as an adult, they thought with horror
how many germs in the mouth they pulled
together with this cap. But, more than
that, old habits are not easy to fade, and
many office workers still put pen in their
mouth.
3.
It seems that the Dutch inventor DaveHakkens found a solution to this
problem - edible pens. Most part of the
handle throwed out when it ends, so
why not eat this? Thus killing two birds
with one stone – problem of utilization
and the problem of harmful biting pen.
4.
The inventor says: "First of all Iwould like to come up with a pen
that would not be dirty, drooling
because of a foolish habit.
Looking at the handle, I realized
that the most essential part of it
- it is ink component, the other
part - only in order to make it
easy to hold. I thought - is it
possible that this part will be
edible? So I had a goal. "
5.
Dave managed to achieve thisgoal. The invention has turned
out to be surprisingly simple,
without any problems. Dave
independently produced edible
pens by cooked candy and
inserted a small piece of the rod
with the paste.
6.
Australian Journal “The Chronicle” of alarge media group APN writes that the
Dave`s invention - edible pens from
candies are a real find not only for
children, but also for adults.
Kids love sweets, and adults can not stand
the thought of the meaning, that it is not
hygienic to lick pens. And the phrase "I
have finished the pen" gets the full
meaning, because the edible pen can really
end up completely.
7.
Edible pen contains 22 differentflavors of chewing candies (melon, kiwi,
banana and many others). They do not
stick to your hands and do not melt.
The introduction of such pens on the
market can be quite a successful
business idea for manufacturers of
sweets or stationery.
