SAR 306 is a well known adhesive in the market and it is a synonimous of reliable
and constant quality. Its brand is as strong as company name Kenda Farben
Some countries like Russia and Ukraine changed their import regulation and we had
to introduce modifications to the solvent and resin mix. In that case we changed the
name of product with similar characteristic.
SAR 306 and its modifications are in quality better or not less than other
competitors brand, we make here some comparison of most common tests
Whever would like to switch to an higher performance PU glue, can try a Kenda
Farben adhesive of new formulation, that hereinafter is compared with SAR306 and
one of its modification and vs a good competitor product

• Same reactivation Temperature: 60/70°C
• Dry content similar on compared samples 16,0% vs 15,7%
• Open time similar 3’30’’ vs 4’
• Viscosity very similar 50’ vs 45’
• Better Initial Heat resistance at 70°C (1,5cm opening in 10’ vs 3cm)
• Slightly better 24h Heat resistance at 85°C (9cm opening after 15’ vs 12cm)

• All measured features are quite similar, within the method tolerance
• SAR06W has a slightly longer open time
• Solvent mix of SAR06W allow to accomplish Ukraine solvents limit

• Same reactivation Temperature than all compared products: 60/70°C
• Dry content similar to all compared products (15,5%)
• Viscosity 55+/-5, in between the two KF products, higher than 999
• Open time longer than all the other products
• Initial Heat resistance after at 70°C much higher than all others
• 24h Heat resistance at 85°C much higher than all others
• Glueing rubber to rubber slightly stronger than others
