INGREDIENTS
100g dark chocolate
180g butter
1 glass sugar
4 eggs
100g flour
100g walnuts
Number of servings: 6-8

chocolate in a bain-marie.
Mix everything.

with the mixer for 2-3
minutes.

and toast them a little in
a dry frying pan

butter and chocolate
mixture and stir
thoroughly.

whisked with sugar and
stir carefully until the
mixture is homogeneous
in colour.

heat it to 200°C. The
baking tray shouldn't be
too big. Line the baking
tray with parchment
paper and pour in the
mixture. Bake for 25-30
minutes

has cooled down. Use a
very sharp and thin knife.
