3. History of creation:

HISTORY OF CREATION:
On March 24, 2006, the deputy head of the presidential administration, Vladislav Surkov, met with
the chairman of the Russian Party of Life, Sergei Mironov, and 30 deputies, members of the Russian
Party of Life. At the meeting, Surkov first openly formulated the idea of building a two-party system in
the country, in which, depending on the circumstances, the Kremlin could rely on one of two
system-forming parties.
On August 29, 2006, the first document was signed at the press center of the “Argumenty & Fakty”
weekly, which laid the foundation for the creation of a new party - the Agreement “On the Basic
Principles for the Unification of the Rodina Party, the Russian Party of Life and the Russian Party of
Pensioners”. The agreement was signed by party leaders: Sergey Mironov, Alexander Babakov and
Igor Zotov.
On October 28, 2006, the 7th congress of the Rodina party took place, which decided to rename it
to the Just Russia: Homeland / Pensioners / Life party. On the same day, almost simultaneously at the
congresses of the Russian Party of Life and the Russian Party of Pensioners, decisions were made to
terminate the activities of the parties and to join the party "Fair Russia:" Motherland / Pensioners / Life
"."
By the decision of the Party Chairman, the date of October 28, 2006 was recognized as the Birthday
of the Just Russia Party.

4. Program:

PROGRAM:
The program of Just Russia includes the following items:
* Fair distribution of income from the mineral resource complex: stop investing in other countries,
introduce natural rents.
* Reform of salaries and pensions: increase wages by three times by increasing its share in GDP.
* Introduction of a progressive income tax scale: income up to 10 thousand rubles per month is not
taxed, with income of 3 million rubles per month - 30% tax.
* The introduction of a tax on luxury, that is, on vehicles worth more than 2 million rubles, real estate is
more expensive than 20 million rubles.
* Hourly pay.
* The party believes that bribery from the point of view of the law should be equated with treason.

Fair Russia is a full member of the Socialist
International, participates in the activities of
the CIS Socialists Forum, and also collaborates
with various socialist and social democratic
parties and organizations in various countries,
including the Party of European Socialists and
the Progressive Alliance of Socialists and
Democrats faction of the European
Parliament.
