years because of the financial crisis.

wanted to increase the height of the
building up to 500 m but it was
impossible.

modified several times for safety reasons.

The construction of the tower took into
account the experience of September 11.
3 options were used to rescue people:
1. Protected staircases in the middle of
the building
2. Descent on elevators located on the
sides of the building
3. Protected floors
