EDGAR
• The Electronic Data Gathering, Analysis, and Retrieval
system, is the primary system for companies and others
submitting documents under the Securities Act of 1933, the
Securities Exchange Act of 1934
• Access to EDGAR’s public database is free

Requirements
• Speed of Delivery is paramount
• Ticker Symbols are required
• News Feed needs to be available in both our NewsWatch
application, API access as well as our browser-based version.
• Links to the documents is acceptable.
• Need to be able to search for filing by ticker, filing type and
company name.
• A full text version of the data would be helpful, but may need
to be delivered as a secondary feed.

Data Availability
• Current guidelines limit users to a total of no more than 10
requests per second, regardless of the number of machines
used to submit requests.
• The filings that we require include;
• 10Q, 10K, 10D, 8K, S-1, S-2, S-3, S-4, 424A, 13D, 13F, 13E, 13F, 14D, Form3, Form4,
“Form6, Form8, Form424B2“, "Form425“, "Form485BXT“, "Form487“, "Form497"
