Area of Concerns
ISSUES & CONCERNS
• Due to the fact that it is winter now, there are problems with moving equipment in the field, earthwork excavation of segmentation
and main tanks, compaction them, and digging trenches. Techniques are sinking in the mud.
• A separate working group has been assigned the task of completing the amenities specified on Appendix A.
• Due to the fact that there are residential areas around the facility, the technics cannot work until late at night
All information given in percentages are shown regarding 4 days (from 20st till 27th March)
Main Reservoir
• Earthwork excavation was done 14% for 7 days. Excavation works reached 88,5%.
Irrigation system
• Trench excavation & Back reached 69,16%.
• Total percentage of Pipe Lying was done 31,74% within 7 days and reached 38,40% from 100%
