Olim with the necessary tools and up-to-date skills to find
suitable employment, build successful careers, and develop their
professional networks in Israel.
Our mission is to facilitate the successful integration of new
Olim into the Israeli labor market.
Our team of HR specialists, career consultants, and professional
mentors work closely with each Oleh to “repackage” their skills
and adapt their experience to meet the demands of the Israeli

The key to successful Aliyah is arriving prepared and wellinformed.
Even before you’ve moved, our free Aliyah Prep program will advise
you on social and professional integration and give you practical
information via a series of online workshops offered in English,
Spanish, Russian, Portuguese, and French.

Our program is designed to assist qualified medical doctors in
integrating into the Israeli medical system and securing their first
position in Israel.
We will guide you through the licensing process and the recognition of
your degree and your specialization. In addition, we will provide
support through an MD Mentor with similar specializations and connect
you with potential employers when you are licensed to work in Israel.
