Trade Rows of Bayazitov
Bayazitova shopping arcade is a historic building that belonged to
the famous city patrons and merchants brothers Hisamutdinov and
Kalimullah by Baitulym located in the Park to them. Salavat Yulaev.
It was built in 1906. In the trading house Bayazitova sold cashmere,
cotton, silk and other fabrics, and related products. After the
revolution, the trading rows were nationalized, and the brothers
Bayazitova subjected to repression. In the 1990-ies a large part of
the trading stalls were demolished. Only a small two-storey
building, which long housed the photo Studio "Fantasy". In 2015
Sterlitamak entrepreneur R. D. Garifullin their own money, decided
to restore the lost part of the shopping malls Mazitovich. Drawings
of the restoration project preserved the old photos made the only in
Bashkortostan the architect-restorer V. F. Kayumov. So the city
regained once-lost historic building.

Sterlitamak State Bashkir Drama Theater
Sterlitamak state Bashkir drama theatre is in the building on Lenin
Avenue 30-century Theatre was born in 1991 after the adoption of
the "Declaration on state sovereignty of the Republic of
Bashkortostan".The first performance of a new theater troupe
delivered very quickly: already on April 7, 1991 was held the
premiere of the play "the Heirs" drama of Dulat Isabekov. This day

Bakery of Zhilkin
Bakery Zhilkin is the first in Sterlitamak bakery, located in
the historic district of the city. It was built by local merchant
of the 3rd guildship S. G. Zhilkin on the insurance money
and collected personal capital in 1909. The bakery was set
modern for that time equipment, and for the first time in
Sterlitamak bread-baking has been put on an industrial basis.
Bakery Zhilkina, in the early twentieth century was the most
visited place for the sale of white bread. After the revolution
it was nationalized, but retained its profile, working as a
bakery until 1946. Now here is the felt boots factory.
Bakery Zhilkin is a rectangular two-storey building with a
hipped roof. Its first floor is built of brick, the second wood.
Accordingly, the main facade of the first floor is decorated
with modest brick decoration, facade of the second floor –
carved decor.

Lake Tugarsalgan
Tugarsalgan is a lake at the foot of Sheehan, Tratau. On
Tugarsalgan there is an island that was formerly a
Peninsula. Here grows the endemic plants, which are
subsequently destroyed in the result of human activity.
The lake is a natural monument since 1965. Tugarsalgan
and its surroundings are included in the list of especially
protected natural territories of the Republic of
Bashkortostan". The area of protected territory is 100
hectares.
Sugarsugar is one of the deepest in Bashkortostan lakes
of karst origin. With a length of 395 meters and a width
of 260 meters. The maximum depth reaches 27 meters.
The supply of the lake is due to the springs.

The monument on the 5th verst Ufa tract
Sterlitamak
The monument to the 5th mile tract of Ufa was erected in
memory of the members of the revolutionary Committee and
people's Commissars shot by the white Czechs in. This event
occurred in the night from 27 to 28 November in 1918, on
the place where now a monument.

monument, and then in 60 years erected a stone obelisk.
Today the monument is situated in the heart of the city on

Building of Rural Council in Sterlitamak
The building to the County Council in Sterlitamak is a historic building
located in the centre of Sterlitamak on the corner of Karl Marx and
khudayberdin, which is the most elegant urban construction prerevolutionary period. It was erected by the contractor & by the architect
Uvarkina and engineer Korsak in 1914. After the revolution the building
housed the House of political education, then House work. Now it is the
social security Administration.
The building of the Zemstvo is a G-shaped corner large two-story house
with a basement. Unlike many houses of the period, with exclusive brick
decor, the building Council is richly decorated with stucco. Especially
impressive are the huge canopies over Windows on the second floor and a
wonderful mascarons, located on the parapet columns on the roof of the
building along the line of the two main facades. The building to the County
Council restored and is one of the main architectural decorations of
Sterlitamak.
