2.Interlocking relationship
When the working and transportation states are switched, the telescopic, lifting, and
rotating of the two must be ordered in sequence, otherwise they will collide with each
other. In order to avoid accidents caused by operation, the system is equipped with
position sensors, and when one conveyor is in a reasonable position, the other conveyor
can only move.

collide.

lowered; when it is close
to the frame, it can be

2.8.1 Lifting the screen box : lifting

3.0 Start-stop sequence
1. The order of materials passing through each working
part:
Grid screen - receiving hopper/feeder - main belt
conveyor - screen box - finished material conveyor
2. Start and stop principle: avoid material accumulation
on the equipment
3. Start and stop sequences:
Startup sequence: opposite to the order in which the
material passes through the components
Finished material conveyor → screen box → main belt
conveyor → receiving hopper/feeder grid screen
Stop sequence: the same as the sequence in which the
material passes through the components
Receiving hopper/feeder grid screen → main belt
conveyor → screen box → finished material conveyor
4 . Remarks: Each part of the equipment shares a
