testing, Cycle testing, etc…
Hydro test in the test rig can be witnessed up to the size of 24 inch. 28
inch and above shall be hydro tested manually.

Spark Testing apparatus
rocedure: When the metal reinforced rubber sleeves
are placed and the spark tester torch is run aroun
d the sleeves, observe the sparks produced during
the process.

Spark Test
Observation:
If the metal and rubber are well‐bonded, the sparks produced will be c
onsistent and relatively uniform. However, if there's poor or no bondin
g between the metal and rubber, the sparks might show irregular patt
erns or interruptions, indicating potential separation between the two
materials.
Conclusion:
We are doing spark test as per sampling plan since the suppliers are s
elf certified. We have now implement the testing procedure to check a
ll the sleeves (100%) to ensure the bonding
