Valia came to us from Kharkiv. We immediately loved

her because, in this small, delicate woman, there was
a huge inner strength. In Kharkiv, she worked at a real

estate agency, but here in Krakow, she had to work as
a cleaner to feed her family. She also cleaned in our
Community Center. Due to her husband's health
problems and her daughter's emotional state, Valia
had to return to Kharkiv. But there, back home, she
was inspired by the idea of creating something that
could help her build a Community. She organized her
own estate agency. In Kharkiv, a city under daily
shelling, selling and renting property was a crazy idea.
It seemed to us. But Valia succeeded! Now she helps
people who have left their homes because of the war,
take care of their properties. She renovates them and
then rents them out or sells them. And all of this is

child with a disability, and having left all her technical equipment

back home, it was very difficult to arrange her life as it was before.
Sofia is 6 years old. She needs socialization,
and our Community was a perfect place for
that. Seeing my child happy, I was able to
learn to devote time to myself, to understand
myself and my desires.
The inspiration which I received from
the Community was so strong that I’ve
realized my own project on a YouTube
channel. Now, my hobby has turned into
a business. I share my experience with
people on how to bake delicious bread,
cakes, buns, and more."

Natalia is our Community member.
She appeared in our Foundation to
learn to paint. It was her first time
when she took a brush in her hand.
Being inspired by Art Classes in our
Foundation,
she is now a student
of Art Academy
in Kraków.
