Its Features
The United Kingdom is a constitutional
monarchy and parliamentary democracy
The monarch performs ceremonial duties
The main function of the goverment is to
implement Laws and manage the state
affairs.

• The Prime Minister heads the
Government and is responsible for
the overall policy and direction of
its activities

Cabinet of Ministers
• The main role is the development
of public policy and decisionmaking on the most important
issues

The executive power
• The Government is responsible for the
implementation of laws and decision-making
on budgetary issues
• If Parliament expresses dissatisfaction with
