1 • Omit the cabinet behind the host desk.
• Change the dimensions of the host desk as per the following:
• Increase the height of host desk to 1100mm.
• Increase the width to 2000mm.
• Change the design of the host desk as per the following:

3 Revise the ottoman fabric to the following – Link
• Product name & code: Josephine Palmier - DE13707
• Please note the following:
• Ensure the texture gets through the visual.
• Ensure that the fabric does not look too dark.
4 Slightly increase the saturation of the sofa
fabric as per the render and the Photoshop file.
5 Revise the arched detail to the following:
• Side of feature wall: to be flushed completely
– thick arch to match the depth of the feature
wall, 200mm.
• Side of the pendant lighting:
• Gradually reduce the depth of the arch
until it reaches 87mm – see screenshot
below.
• Curve the wall for a seamless termination
– see screenshot below.

Wet Lounge – Markups
1 Omit the lines completely please – this has been mentioned before – the wall
needs to be smooth.
2 Change the footrests to the following – link
• Dimensions:
• Height: 400mm
• Width: 400mm
• Depth: 200mm
• Material: travertine as per the following
reference image.
• Note: they are loose footrests so guest can
easily move them – omit the skirting that
attaches the footrest with the flooring.
• Placement: the footrests need to be aligned
with the seating as shown by the green lines
below.
