The internship was conducted at LLC RIVAS. As part of the internship, an audit was
conducted at Business Lines LLC, a major logistics company. During the audit,
significant issues were identified in the company’s performance management
system, particularly in the evaluation of interconnections between key
performance indicators (KPIs).
