PAINTING PROCESS

Painting material:Polyurethane acrylic acid Special wear-resistant
paint
Main components: Acrylic resin (30-70%), butyl acetate < 20%,
xylene less than 10%
weight of each barrel paint material:20KG,it can paint
200pcs helmets.
This is the painting material for base painting and final painting on
helmet.
Thinner and curing agent need to be added to the paint and mixed
and stirred. The proportion should be adjusted according to the
surrounding climate temperature
1,First step:make base painting which applying a primer first helps
the surface paint to stick more firmly.
2.Secondly,Polish after fully dry - mainly for the uneven areas on
the primer

Walnut powder particles are added to
the paint and do final painting.
