this trip to the camp and
have fond memories of it.

I would also like to share the history of our Lyceum.
Key Milestones in the History of Lyceum No. 1
• 1993: Founding of the institution. By decree of the Head of the
Nevinnomyssk Administration, a "school-lyceum" was established
at the branch of the Stavropol Polytechnic Institute. This enabled
the implementation of university-style teaching approaches for high
school students from the very beginning.
• 1998–1999: Official reorganization. The institution was renamed
and registered as a legal entity under the name Municipal General
Education Institution "Lyceum No. 1."
• 2003–2005: Attainment of regional experimental site status. The
Lyceum successfully implemented the program "Implementation of
specialized education at the senior level of general schooling within
a multi-profile school featuring internal specialization tracks." This
solidified its status as a strong center for pre-university preparation.
• January 15, 2010: Moving into its own building. The Lyceum
relocated to a separate, modern building at 28B Mendeleev Street,
where it remains today.
Leadership and the Present Day
• Since April 2022, the Lyceum has been led by Principal Alyona
Sergeyevna Belousova.
• The leadership's management expertise has been recognized at
the federal level. In October 2026, Alyona Belousova represented
Nevinnomyssk at the First All-Russian School Principals' Forum in
Moscow, where the country's advanced educational practices were
discussed.
