My name is Dursundash Durpoladova.I was born on the 11th of May 1996 in the country of
Turkmenistan,town Galkynysh.I am 19.I am a student of the Volgograd State Social Pedagogical University.I
study chemistry and biology.As of my traits of character,I am purposeful, easy-going ,cheerful and
responsive.I love my family and friends and I am always eager to help them and divide their joy and
sorrows.But at the same time I am touchy and stubborn.I like to spend much time with my nearest and
dearest.I adore outdoor activities,picnics,rafting and travelling.I like to sit by the fire with my friends and enjoy
the natural beauty of the world.I live with my parents.

3. MY FAMILY

My family is large. I have got a mother, a father , two brother and me . There are five of us in the family.
I think I take after my father.
We have got a lot of relatives. We are attached to one another and we get on very well.
First of all, some words about my parents. My mother is a teacher of History. She works in a school. She likes her profession.
She is a good-looking woman with brown hair. She is forty-five but she looks much younger. She is tall and slim.
My father is a worker . He is a broad-shouldered, tall man with fair hair and grey eyes. He is forty-seven. My father likes to sing
and when we are at home and have some free time, I play the guitar and we sing together. My father knows all about new TV
sets and likes to repair old ones. He is also handy with many things.
My parents are hard-working people. My mother keeps the house and takes care of all of us. She is very good at cooking and
she is clever with her hands. She is very practical. My father and I try to help her with the housework. I wash the dishes, go
shopping and tidy up our flat.
My brother Rasul is twenty-four. He is married and has a family of her own. He works as an accountant for a joint stock
company. His wife is a houseworker. They have got twins: a daughter and a son. They go to a nursery school.
My brother Shatlyk is eleven. He is a schoolboy. He wants to become a doctor but he is not sure yet.
I love my family and proud.

I think that every person on Earth has at least one friend, because we can’t live without
close people. A friend is a person with whom you can share your secrets, whom you can
totally trust, and who will support you in the hour of need. Of course, I also have friends.
I am quite a sociable person, and usually I make friends easily. But there are only three
people in my life, whom I can consider my best friends. And I’d like to tell about them.
My best friend’s name is Aybolek. We have been friends since earliest infancy, maybe
since kindergarten, I don’t remember exactly. We live next door to each other, and our
Moms are good friends too. We attended one and the same group in
kindergarten.Indeed, Diana is very talkative and giggly; she likes to tell funny stories and
she always knows how to keep up my spirits. But she is very reliable, and she will never
gossip or give away my secrets. I am sure that I can entrust anything to her.
Apart from Aybolek, I have got two more best friends – Madina and Enya. They have nice
slender figures, long and thick dark hair and big grey eyes. Besides, they both are very
clever and well-educated, so it’s very interesting for me to talk to them. But don’t think
that my friends are bookworms — quite the opposite, they are pretty cheerful and merry.
When we get together, we always have a lot of fun.
I can safely say that Madina is my best friend. He has an amazing sense of humor and
he can easily make me laugh even when I have a bad day. She is as good as his word.
Madina is also good at keeping secrets. I like thats she is a reliable person and he
always supports me. We try to help each other. Of course we sometimes can argue or
quarrel, but not for too long. We try to forgive each other.
I love my friends very much and I am sure that they are my true friends.

7. My hobby.

Hobbies differ like tastes. If you have chosen a hobby according to your character and taste, you
are lucky because your life becomes more interesting.
My hobby is reading. It has been a great pleasure for me since my childhood. The world of literature
is fascinating and infinite. It certainly doesn’t mean that I love all the books. To tell the truth, finding
a good book is not so easy. I prefer historical novels, classical and informative literature and some
professional books concerning business and management as I am going to run a business of my
own in future.
Music is my life. Being free I listen to different kinds of music such as classical, modern, folk,
dance and pop music.
I love music, I think people can not live without it. The first thing I do in the morning I switch on my
tape — recorder. I enjoy listening music because it reflects my moods and emotions. Very often
when I'm blue, I play my favourite merry songs and feel much better.
