Kanev
Kanev - a city of regional submission, the regional center Kanev district of
Cherkasy region. The city is located on the right bank of the Dnieper River.

Kanev Museum of Decorative Folk Art
The museum features three things of central regions Ukraine: Cherkasy, Kyiv and Poltava. Funds comprises
about 5,000 exhibits. The most valuable exhibits: clothes, carpets, towels, textiles, folk painting, art glass.

Chernecha Hill
Tarasova mountain or Chernecha Hill - the mountain in Kanev,
part of the Shevchenko National Reserve "Tarasova Gora",
the burial place of Ukrainian poet Taras Shevchenko.
On the mountain is perfectly visible mighty Dnieper.

Since 2003, in Kanev passes International motofestyval "Tarasova Gora".
