• Jägermeister-the history of amazing bitter
• The history of this balsam begins in 1878 in the city of
wolfenbüttel in Saxony, Germany, where lived mast family owners of winery - Kurt Junior. Mast was known as an
excellent wine - tester and great experimentor. Together with
father they created the recipe of a new perfect product
choosing different herbs,roots, flowers and leaves.
• Finally in 1934 after long work and a lot of experiments the
new legendary liqueur had been created. Kurt Mast dedicated
his liqueur to the hunters and their traditions, because for
many, many years in Europe hunting was very popular and
there was a ceremony to celebrate fishing of hunting with
drinking. There after for this occasion is being used
"Jägermeister" bitter.

• The secret of "Jägermeister" liqueur.
• On the lable of bottle you will find the
information that balsam is made of 56 selected
botanicals including Ceylon cinnamon, herbs,
roots, Poppy, bilberies, ginseng,
juniper,anise,ginder, orange and others. Exact
recipe is a commercial secret.

• "Jägermeister" is medium alcohol butter (35%)

herb-alcoholic liqueur. So "Mast - Jägermeister
Atl" declares that it was created as a digestive
remedy for selling in drugstores.
• It can be taken pure - but by shots and it can be
used to make cocktails as well.
