1. The changes concerned the structural aspect of musical
educaton, but not its content.
2. Relevant problems of contemporary musical educaton,
that need to neutralize:
• Ignoring the specifcs of the current socio-cultural situaton, which is characterized
by chaotc intonatonal multplicity;
• Ignoring the nature of the music services market;
• The inefciency of borrowing features of European musical educaton;
• Ignoring the modern informaton society;
• Relying on the traditon of the soviet musical educaton system.
3. Requirement of our tme: specialist must be competent
in different areas of his specializaton, but not limited to
the acquired qualifcatons.
