Minimalism. Clarity, simplicity

1.

Minimalism
Clarity, clarity, simplicity - this is the credo of one of the most
popular interior styles. Despite the fact that minimalism
appeared a long time ago, it is ultramodern and very popular.

2.

Characteristic features of minimalism:
Zoning of space;
A small number of items are only necessary;
Multifunctional furniture;
Cabinets "recessed" in the walls;
Big windows;
Lack of ornaments, patterns and stucco.

3.

The main secret of style is not in the conceptually correct
arrangement of design elements and household items, but,
above all, in the modeling of space. The increase in windows,
the creation of additional openings, the elimination of partitions
- these are the techniques that minimalism resorts to.
The second important principle is strict, clear lines, symmetry
and ideal proportions. Minimalism is by no means a declaration
of poverty, but a carefully thought-out aesthetics of simplicity
and freedom.

4.

The ceiling is light, smooth, without curly ornaments. The floor is
covered with laminate, tiles, linoleum is not forbidden. Doors and
window openings are so inconspicuous that they merge with the
walls.

5.

The apartment should be imbued with light. This is achieved,
firstly, thanks to daylight, the abundance of which will provide
large, panoramic windows. Secondly, the most modern lamps
are installed in a minimalist dwelling, with dimmers and power
regulators. From additional sources, desktop, artless-looking
lamps and strict floor lamps will be appropriate.
