History of Christmas cookies
Cookies are the same symbol of
Christmas in Europe as we have Olivier
salad in Russia on New Year.
They are prepared at home, sold in
shops and at Christmas markets and
presented to friends and family.
Cookies are loved by all Europeans.

Ingredients
five eggs,
100 grams of sugar,
70 grams of butter,
120 grams of flour,
3 grams of baking soda,
some chocolate

How to cook
You need to mix
everything with a mixer
in turn as in the recipe.

Put the dough with a
spoon on parchment
paper with a distance
from each other.

Put in the hot oven for 15 minutes
and bake at 180 degrees.
