As we first discovered DCO_mirror_plate significant plastic deformation when the batch entered a warehouse on January 29th,
2021 (2000pcs), we filed a claim to HingTung requiring to fix this problem. Deformation (type 1) pics below:

HingTung suggested to eliminate defects by means of injection gate enlarge in mold (from 4*0,8mm to
7*0,8mm). Samples after fixing received on June 02nd, 2021.
Samples (30pcs+10pcs) analysis showed that plastic deformation was different from the ones received before
mold fixing.

Due to probability of different deformation type (bending direction) the measurement method must include 2
steps (both!) as below:
1. Put DCO_mirror_plate with a mirror surface upon a
gauge block surface (bottom side up) and measure the
gap between 2 surfaces in the center.
The gap must not exceed tolerance of 0,3mm
2. Put DCO_mirror_plate with a bottom side upon a gauge
block by leaning against a rib (a bottom rib is just behind
the gauge block) and measure the gap between 2
surfaces in the center. Both two sides of a mirror should
be placed on a gauge block.
The gap must not exceed tolerance of 0,3mm
