Start up of the MMCU team
Establishment of effective business processes on sell-in / sell-out of spare parts /
technical support of dealers
Continuous spare parts sales target fulfilment from the very moment of the
department activity (July – November 2016)
Award on qualification and Aftersales Effective Business Processes –
the 2nd place among 35 European distributors in the nomination
