Pointillism is art made from dots of paint that join together to make a
picture.

Today, you are going to
paint a rainbow using dots.
You will need:
• a blank rainbow;
• paint for each colour of the rainbow;

Step 1
Using one cotton bud, fill the first part of the rainbow with red dots.

Pick up a clean cotton bud then fill the second arch of the rainbow with
orange dots.

Next we need to use our yellow paint with a clean cotton bud to fill the
third arch with dots.

Once you’ve finished the green dots, move on to the next arch and fill it
with blue dots. Remember to use a clean cotton bud.
