The Houses of Parliament (the Palace
of Westminster) is the place where
members of Parliament (M.P.s) gather to
make laws.

sessions which begin at the end of
October and last for about 160 days.

built in 1858. The clock has
four faces and a big loud bell. You
can hear the sound of the bell every
hour.
