3. We didn't really like the cable holder built into the station, can
you replace it with a better quality one?
The cable holder is from tooling. It is made of high quality PC material with UV resistance ability.
It may be not good looking but is very strong and durable for long time use.
If you really want a better one, I would suggest a metal cable holder to come with the station.
The cost may raise some but you can have another solution to storage it.

work for you and how much will it cost?

6. What stations do you currently have in stock, can I make a
small order from your warehouse?
Currently we don’t have stock. If a small order, please advise the quantity. I will check and come
to you the lead time.
7. How much does a 22 kW charging station cost with a Type 2
socket, OCPP, WIFI, 4 G, balancer?
The cost is 2010.
I would like to propose the specs same as what we send to you last Dec., only balancer added.
The cost will be 1850 for Type 2 socket, WiFi & Bluetooth(Smart Life APP), balancer(3pcs × CT clamp).
