Issue After Apply V4.02
Issue1
After Motor M13.10/M13.9, M13.12/M13.11 stop same with M13.14,M13.13. When M13.14/M13.13 run state, M13.10/M13.9,
M13.12/M13.11 keep stop. So stripe cannot unloaded from Decelarator.
Solution Opinion
Change PLC following way: After Motor M13.10/M13.9, M13.12/M13.11 stop same with M13.14/M13.13. When M13.14/M13.13
run state, M13.10/M13.9, M13.12/M13.11 run with M13.14/M13.13

When If new stripe come during Other stripe unloaded in progress or Previous Stripe fully not unloaded from ATO Unloader,
M13.14/M13.13, M13.12/M13.11 Run different speed, Or only M13.14/M13.13 run. So stripe cannot unloaded from Deccelarator.
Solution Opinion
Change PLC following way: M13.14/M13.13 Run, M13.12/M13.11, M13.10/M13.9 Run with M13.14/M13.13 same speed.
(This one is not clarified issue, Please check PLC Logic or History, and advise if there is better solution.)
