1. Test and confirm the fault exists indeed.
2. Use x431 to read there is no fault code in all the systems.
3. Suspect maybe there is a front collision of this car, and causes the camera's
position is changed, but check this car doesn’t have collision accident.

4. Remove the front camera from this car and install in another car, the camera
can work normally.
Use another camera and install in this car, the problem doesn’t change.
This step can confirm the camera isn’t faulty.
5. Check the wiring harness and connector is connected well, no problem.
6. Suspect the configuration code is wrong, check another(good condition) the
same configuration car, the configuration codes of both vehicle HUT module are
also the same, in order to check further, contact GWM and confirm the code is
correct indeed.
7. Suspect the 360 AVM road calibration is not completed, do road calibration.

Calibration operation:
Now for new models(such as Jolion, good cat), for 360 around view monitoring
camera calibration, it is not need to use X431 and calibration board to do it, can
complete it just by road driving by the prompt in HUT.
Technicians can use vehicle setup -- parking assistance -- road calibration on the
HUT host interface. Before calibration, please read the notes for road calibration
carefully

8. After complete the road calibration, turn off the ignition for 10 minutes, and
repower on the car, the fault is solved.
Why?
This vehicle is only driven 2576km, why does this fault appear, it is abnormal.
After communicating with customer, got that the customer reset the factory settings.
Summary
1. When we deal with the vehicle faults, it is better to communicate with
customer more detailedly, learn what they did to the vehicle, it can help us learn
more and can avoid many unnecessary maintenance inspections.
2. When replace the HUT module, camera or reset the factory setting, we should
do the road calibration, otherwise the AVM function can’t work normally.
