Flaki is a soup made from beef tripe, a
large amount of vegetables, herbs, and
spices. The tripe is soaked in milk,
boiled several times, and then cooked
in chicken broth.
Kholodnik is a cold soup made from
kefir, beets, and fresh vegetables.
Second courses
Bigos is stewed cabbage with meat and
sausages. Often bigos is served in
bread.
Perogi are dumplings, which the Poles
serve boiled or fried. There are many
