We
are a family of four: my father, my
mother, my older brother and I.
My name is Olesia. I am twelve. I am a pupil.
My older brother is twenty years old.
Our family lives in Vinnytsia. We have a twostorey house. We have all modern
conveniences: running hot and cold water,
telephone, central heating, rubbish chute.
We are pleased with our house.

I
like English. I think any foreign language
helps to understand your own language.
The English language is one of the most
important languages in the modern world;
more than one billion people can speak or
understand this language.
This language is the official language in such
countries as the United States of America,
Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the SouthAfrican Republic, India and many African
countries.

I am going to tell you about my school. My school
is new and modern and I like it very much. It is a
four-storeyed building. The classrooms are light
and spacious. There are classrooms for different
subjects, such as English, History, Physics,
Mathematics, Chemistry, Geography, Biology
Literature etc.
The teachers in our school are very skilled.
