AstroPay – Guide

What is AstroPay?
AstroPay is an online payment service that enables users to purchase online on
international sites. It was founded in 2006, to meet the needs of those who
wanted to make online purchases and could not access an international credit
card. Using Astropay’s solutions, users can pay for their online purchases with
local payment methods and in their local currency.
The app uses more than 200 payment methods including Neteller, Caixa, Airtel,
iDeal, Zimpler, PayNow, STICPAY, Visa and Mastercard.

Required Documents & Limitations
APMs:
200 up to 15K – Email validation
15K up to 30K – SOF
30K and more – Additional SOF
Daily limit – 15K
Monthly limit – 30K
Credit Cards:
ID/Passport/Driving License
Daily limit – 1.8K
Monthly limit – 5K
All Bitnomics KYC requirements – standard and valid!
Above documents are required by AstroPay directly. Customer will be asked inside the flow to upload them inside
AstroPay flow. According to AstroPay KYC risk score for mobile number and email address, and if the system detects a
risky score, customers can be asked for ID validation as well for APM. This is mostly applied for Latam credit cards.

options will be displayed according to
the mobile phone
Click “Next” button
IMPORTANT!
Country of the customer , phone in Bitnomics
account, mobile phone in Astropay cashier
and IP should match in order to see the
correct payment methods that are open to
the customer according to the country code
of themobile phone!
