Results1. The new geometry of the insert marked PM has a bulge in the center of the plate, unlike the old version of the
geometry, which has a concavity.
2. The edge of the insert marked point has good radial runout accuracy on the Zoller at three points in the body of the
end mill ф50mm (Δ=0.015mm) and in the body of the end mill ф32mm (Δ=0.003mm)
3. The edge of the insert marked PM has a worse accuracy in radial runout on the Zoller, in contrast to the edge marked
point in three points. Radial runout on the end mill ф50mm (Δ=0.048mm) and in the body of the end mill ф32mm
(Δ=0.024mm)
4. The wall surface obtained by the edge of the insert with a dot visually looks better than it was in earlier versions of the
insert and the deviation is 0.004mm.
5. The wall surface obtained by the edge of the insert marked PM looks visually worse and traces of transitions (risks)
are visible and the deviation is 0.022mm.

4. Поверхность стенки, получаемой кромкой пластины с точкой, визуально выглядит лучше чем было в ранних версиях пластины и
отклонение составляет 0,004мм.
5. Поверхность стенки, получаемой кромкой пластины с маркировкой PM, визуально выглядит хуже и видны следы переходов (риски) и
отклонение составляет 0,022мм
