Bug notifications

If the «eye» is activated, the user should get a notification by mail, that a new review has been received
for this tenant/user & the notification icon (=letter symbol in menu list) should show that a new rating
has been received. Please see the second screenshot.

This is how the notification icon used to look like when new reviews were available to look at.

Actual Bug: As you can see, the last rating for the user «Muster SQQ Easy Bern» has been received by today
but no change within the notification icon. If you click on the icon you can choose «see all» and then you will
be directed to the notification overview. Before, the users were able to see which rating they did not opened
yet.
