Unpacking

is consist of 1 autoloader
and 1 host machine
Firstly, check the tilt-indicator
labels, If the label is red, it
indicates that the transportation
of the package is tilted for over
80°

Remove the packing belt
Remove the upper cover
Note: The binding straps and upper cover have
sharp edges and can be moved with caution.

Remove the outer

After all packages are removed, move the instrument to the operation
panel and remove the internal fixing parts.

manually rotate the objective lens to keep it downward vertically, confirm the 20X objective lens
snaps into the slot, as shown in the figure below,

Connection and Installation
1、Place the 2 fixing beams of the autoloader to
the bottom of the main unit. As shown in the left
figure
2、Use M4* 8 screws to fix the beam onto the
main unit.
As shown below

inner side for convenient
connection. There is 1
connector in total.

3、Lock the bottom of the
autoloader and the beam with
two M4×8 stainless steel
Phillips pan head SEMS screws.

1-Preparing to test chemistry QC

If the EU-5300Pro or EU-5600Pro analyzer was produced before March 2024 replacing the
threshold files according to the guidance , as shown in the below:
2. If the customer use the Quantimetrix control, we also need to replace the relevant file .

2-Color calibration
Operation
1. Prepare a bucket of new test
strips, place 3 strips into pick
unit and place a tube filled
with distilled water in the STAT
tube holder and push it to
STAT position, click
to test.
2.
After calibrating ,if the result
shows “successful”, click
“save” to finish.

3-Threshold Calibration
Operation
1. Prepare a bucket of new test strips, and put
12 pure water into the urine test tube. The
water volume shall be the same as possible.
Carry out dry chemical test. Discard the first
and second result and calculate the mean
value (pure water LEU reflectance) using the
results of the last 10 samples.

4-Installation Qualification Procedure
To verify the installation qualification by the guidance

Device Testing
After finishing all setups, we can fasten all screws under
autoloaders and make sure devices are steady. Then we
need test some samples to check device works well or not.
1) Prepare at least 10 samples. Then put them on rack and
load rack on the autoloader.
2) Choose test mode then click start button to let system
test the 10 samples.
3) While testing, we need to observe below point:
a. The strip can be select out fluently.
b. Sample can dropping on every block on strip without
touching strip
c. Rack can be transfer to unloading area fluently after
finishing test.
d. After finishing all test, user can see every results
(sediment and chemistry result) in report and review
screen.
