The purpose of this clinical evaluation :
show that the Gentlefile system follow
The neutral shape of the canal
And Preserve the canal anatomy.
Therefore keep the strength of the canal wall,
Extend the tooth life
better hold the post
Keep the symmetric canal axis
Avoid ledge and perforation
The attached case accidently show-3
different canal with the same patient but the
last tooth performed by Gentlefile

Gentlefile - red: for the remaining procedure.
Used in the all 4 canals
Obturation: Gutta percha 25 x 0.4 (all 4 canals)

Dear friend
It is inapprehensible to me how and why don't the dentist
get this device which is sooooo much better from any
other (i worked with FKG and Dentsply) and not to
mention by hand.
Can you imagine how clean the apical delta region is
when i constantly get pulp tissue like this out of the
canal... We need a micro 3D CT study to show this to the
world.
Last month we had a demo, i finished from start to finish
teeth 37 in 7 MINUTES, it would take me 5 if i didn't take
the time to irrigate. The present doctors were over
impressed, and i am sure they will buy it, but this is sooo
big, and delightful to work with.
