- The “SHUT DOWN POWER" fault appears when the current used by the crusher motor
exceeds this threshold for the length of time defined by the “SHUT DOWN POWER TIME"
setting. This fault immediately halts material feed and the crusher. This value is 110% of the
rated current at 400V.
- Factory setting are:
HP100 = 178A, HP200 = 256A, HP300 = 429A, HP400 = 610A, HP500 = 666A

- The “ALARM POWER" fault appears when the current used by the crusher motor exceeds
this threshold for longer than the time specified in “CRUSHER ALARM TIME". This fault
immediately stops material being fed to the crusher. This value equals 100% of the rated
current at 400V.
- Factory setting are:
004 Crusher alarm time. Crusher current limit time delay for feeder stop (s)
- The " ALARM POWER" fault appears when the current used by the crusher motor exceeds
the " ALARM POWER LIMIT" threshold for this length of time. This fault immediately stops
material being fed to the crusher.

- This setting corresponds to the bar graph scale of the current used by the crusher motor.
- Factory setting are:
HP100 =162A , HP200 = 233A , HP300 = 388A , HP400 = 555A , HP500 = 605A
007 Crusher idling power value. Crusher idling current limit (A)
- This setting should be higher than the electric current requirement value of the crusher when
empty.
- The factory setting is 50% of the rated current at 400V but should be adjusted on site. Add
20A to the value when the crusher is empty with a low return.

- The “SHUTDOWN TEMPERATURE" fault occurs when the return oil temperature exceeds
this threshold.
- This fault progressively shuts down the machine (immediate halt to material being fed to the
crusher; the crusher stops 2 minutes later; finally the lubrication pumps 2 minutes later.
